Service Description

Elevate is our flagship 4‑week intensive virtual experience, designed for aspiring Project Managers, Business Analysts, and PMOs ready to break into delivery roles with confidence and credibility. It’s not just training — it’s a lab. You’ll work through real-world deliverables, build a project portfolio, and learn how to speak the language of delivery with ease. From day one, you’ll be assigned a sector-agnostic project (fit for both public and private sectors) — for example, transforming a legacy customer portal. You’ll deliver the project just like you would in the workplace: writing stakeholder documents, creating delivery plans, managing risk, and presenting to senior stakeholders. Each Tuesday and Thursday, we meet to: Review progress Set practical weekly tasks Troubleshoot blockers Walk through examples/templates Offer live coaching and feedback Over 4 weeks, you will produce and present: A Project Charter or Problem Statement Stakeholder and Communications Plans User Stories, Wireframes or Schedules RAID Logs, RACI Matrices, Change Logs A Final Project Presentation with real-time feedback Who It's For: Career changers entering Project Management, BA or PMO roles Professionals who want hands-on experience for interviews or promotions Graduates or jobseekers wanting practical, supported learning Our Promise: We don’t just teach theory — we coach you through execution. By the end of the bootcamp, you'll be able to say, "I've done this before — and I can do it again."

Cancellation Policy

Advance Registration Required: All participants must register at least 7 calendar days before the official start date of the bootcamp cohort. This allows us to finalise cohort numbers, provide preparatory materials, and ensure adequate support throughout the programme. Securing Your Place: Your place on the bootcamp is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment Methods: We accept online payments via debit/credit card, PayPal, but prefer bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during registration. Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our delivery team. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees (e.g. transaction fees). Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the start date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total bootcamp fee. Alternatively, you may choose to defer your enrolment to the next available cohort at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund will be issued. However, you may opt for a one-time deferral to a future cohort. This deferral must be used within 6 months of your original start date. Non-attendance: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice (a “no-show”) will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a transfer or refund. Illness or Emergency: We will do our best to accommodate urgent, unexpected events. Supporting documentation may be requested. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Waitlist Policy Fully Booked Cohorts: If a cohort reaches maximum capacity, a waitlist will automatically open. How It Works: Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis should a registered participant cancel. You will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of the offer, otherwise the place will be offered to the next person. Waitlist Transfers: If you remain on the waitlist and no place becomes available, you will be given priority access to the next cohort.
