Cancellation Policy

At EA3 Consulting, our 1:1 Career Coaching sessions are tailored to give you focused, practical support to move forward in your career. To ensure a high-quality experience for every client, the following policies apply: Booking Policy Advance Booking Required: All 1:1 coaching sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via our website, email, or booking link provided upon enquiry. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Payment can be made via debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, proof of payment must be submitted to hello@gsiconsultingltd.com within 2 hours of booking, or the slot may be released. Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with: Your session date and time Zoom/Teams link or in-person details (if applicable) A brief pre-session questionnaire (where relevant) Session Types: Sessions may include: CV/LinkedIn Review & Rework Interview Preparation (mock interview, Q&A prep, storytelling framework) Career Strategy Deep-Dive (role targeting, growth planning, pivoting sectors) Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy We know that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate changes where possible: Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: Eligible for full refund or free rescheduling within 30 days. Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of session: Eligible for 50% refund or one-time rescheduling. Cancellations made under 12 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable and non-transferable. The session will be marked as forfeited. Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once at no additional cost (with minimum 12 hours’ notice). Further changes may incur an admin fee or require a new booking depending on availability. Emergency Exceptions: If a cancellation is due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please email us immediately. Documentation may be requested. Each case is reviewed individually. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session may be shortened or cancelled at the coach’s discretion. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Additional Notes Session Expiry: All coaching sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Packages: If you’ve purchased a coaching package (e.g. 3 or 5 sessions), you’ll receive a link to manage your session dates.
